In 2019, I I bought and renovated a tiny farmhouse on the island of Faial in the Azores, an archipelago of nine Portuguese islands in the middle of the Atlantic. Here, in my little slice of heaven, I enjoy a simple life while continuing to share and grow my professional skills online. You might say that I am a very remote worker!

For me, Bright Island is more than a health communications brand. It's a complete lifestyle that represents the alignment of who I am with how I live and what I do.
